“It opened my eyes to weaknesses I didn’t even know I had and gave me tools I use every day with coworkers and at home. I’d recommend Mavix not just to leaders who know they need to grow, but especially to the ones who think they already have it figured out.”

What Others Are Saying

“Mavix exceeded my expectations with their training program. I get somewhat skeptical about coaching and training but Andy was able to apply his program directly to our needs, which was a huge benefit for us as it didn’t waste time with unnecessary topics.”

- Chad Burelmyer, CFO, Wescom

I learned so many great things in this class. Things I never really thought about when learning to become a leader and or manager. This class has been a great tool for becoming a better employee and knowing that a least 12 of my co-workers also have taken it. This has made our company that much more unified with an exceptional culture.

- Whitney, Ibex Roof

I’ve been through a few leadership trainings over the years and Andy’s is what I expected them all to be like. His delivery of the content and the way it’s organized makes the skills easy to practice and apply to life. His program makes people better humans.

- Lorin Erickson, President, Piper Mechanica

More than half of our clients send more of their leaders to us for training!

How It Works

01 Planning Call

Understand your team, issues,
and goals.

02 | Workshop

60‑min session with your leaders using your real situations.

03 | 120‑Day Install

OPTIONAL: If the workshop hits, we map a 4‑month LOS install.

Best fit if:

$10M–$100M revenue, multiple leadership layers, owner wants standards + accountability, not fluffy leadership theory.

Not a fit if:

You’re under ~10 employees, want a cheap online course, or don’t want direct conversations.

What the 120‑Day Leadership Operating System Install Looks Like

If the workshop hits and you want to go further, the 120‑day install is where we hard‑wire this into how your jobs actually run.

It’s a focused four‑month implementation with a clear finish line, not an endless “training program.” Your leaders know exactly what they’re signing up for and what “done” looks like.

1. Design your leadership system around real jobs

We start by mapping how work actually flows in your company: who talks to who, where communication breaks, and how issues currently hit your desk.

From there, we design a simple leadership cadence, clear behavior standards, and escalation rules that fit your teams, not some generic corporate model.

2. Four implementation days with your leaders

Across four on‑site or virtual implementation days, we work directly with your leadership team.
We run live practice on hard conversations, escalation, and follow‑through using your real situations. Your people don’t just “learn concepts” – they practice the exact conversations they’ve been avoiding.

3. Weekly cadence your teams can run without you

Between implementation days, your leaders run a simple weekly rhythm: short meetings, clear check‑ins, and a common playbook for how to handle people issues, expectations, and conflict.

I’m in the background making sure the cadence sticks, leaders stay consistent, and issues are handled at the right level.

4. Handoff so the system survives without me

By Day 120, your leaders have a working operating system:

  • A weekly leadership rhythm they own

  • Shared tools for hard conversations and accountability

  • Clear standards for how people talk, listen, and escalate

You keep the system, the tools, and the playbook. I step out.

For most companies, this is a five‑figure engagement for owners who are serious about getting people chaos off their plate long‑term.

I’m Andy,
founder of Mavix Coaching.

I work with construction and blue‑collar companies that are great at building projects but keep getting dragged back into people chaos and avoided conversations. I’ve trained over 500 construction leaders across the U.S, from foreman to executive teams.

I built this leadership operating system, so your leaders know exactly how to talk, listen, and handle issues before they turn into fires on your desk.

FAQ

  • Yes—for qualified construction companies over $10M in revenue or with 40+ employees.

It’s free so you and your leadership team can experience the training firsthand and see how your people actually receive it. There’s no upfront purchase—you’re evaluating fit, value, and readiness before going any further.

  • Owners and leadership-level decision makers.

That includes owners, presidents, general managers, operations leaders, and anyone who influences culture, accountability, or communication. If they lead people or set direction, they belong in the room.

  • Typically virtual.

If you’re local to the Pacific Northwest, we can run it in person. For companies outside the region, I’m open to traveling to your site—we’ll confirm logistics and fit in advance.

  • We evaluate fit—then decide next steps.

If the workshop resonates, we’ll discuss a 120-day Leadership Operating System install. If it’s not a fit, we part ways—no pressure. I’ll still share resources so you can self-implement if you choose.

  • Construction and the trades are my core focus, but I also work with blue-collar and leadership teams in healthcare, private equity, finance, automotive, and other industries. If leaders struggle with communication, accountability, or hard conversations, the work applies.

  • No—an owner or top-level leader must attend.

When execs skip the room, the training doesn’t stick. Foremen get new tools, then look up and see leadership doing something different. If you’re only looking for frontline training, we’re probably not the right fit.
