Not necessarily! The first seven weeks are for anyone to learn how to positively influence others. People at all levels can benefit. Weeks 8-16 focus more on management skills, which managers may find particularly valuable.

However, what we do know is that having competent leaders and managers in your company can mitigate problems such as turnover, project delays, cost overruns, and non-compliance with policies, as well as improve the performance of employees. While we may not be able to calculate an exact cost for these issues, we are aware that they can result in significant financial implications for companies, costing thousands of dollars each year.
